Application JBB Expansion Joints are ideal for compensating thermal expansion and contraction in piping system as an unbeatable cost effective alternative to expansion loops which require large amounts of materials and space. They can also used for absorbing pump vibration, lateral movement and minor pipeline misalignment as an alternative to rubber flexible connectors where fireproof, weather proof, higher reliability, longer service lifecycle are required. JBB-A series are ideal for vibration isolation and misalignment compensation, which feature more and deeper convolutions,smaller convolution space. JBB-B series are designed for compesating axial, lateral and angular deflection. Description JBB Expansion Joints consist of corrugated SS tube as the main body, restrained rods and flange. Pressure thrust is restrained by the tie rods. Flanges are available with BS, ANSI, ASME, DIN, API standards. As standard products, SS 304 is used. All materials of the components can be customized as per request. Internal flow liners for eliminating velocity and flow problems fitted as optional.
